Key Responsibilities
- Forge professional relationships with company and business owners
- Provide consulting services and financial advice to clients
- Attend to enquiries and streamlines processes for clients
- Maintain excellent customer service and relationships
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Able to work independently with a solid work ethic
- Has excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Is analytical & possess good business acumen
- Prior experience in Sales/Banking/Finance industry will be a bonus
Telemarketer
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for cold calling to prospective customers on the phone to promote Craft Capital’s services.
- Scripts are provided to explain about a product’s characteristics, pricing, and perks.
- To achieve sales quotas and facilitate future sales by going the extra mile.
Requirements
- Experience as a telemarketer or in a related sales/customer service job is a bonus.
- Has a persistent and determined attitude
- Able to deal with complaints and able to handle the rejection rates
